I'm getting the following error when trying to request a dhcp lease on a particular vlan interface where I've created a static mapping:

WARN [kea-dhcp4.alloc-engine.0xb21817400] ALLOC_ENGINE_V4_DISCOVER_ADDRESS_CONFLICT [hwtype=1 40:ed:00:12:67:3a], cid=[01:40:ed:00:12:67:3a], tid=0x3d24a070: conflicting reservation for address 10.7.0.7 with existing lease Address: 10.7.0.7 Valid life: 86400 Cltt: 1718225707 Hardware addr: Client id: (none) Subnet ID: 2 Pool ID: 0 State: declined Relay ID: (none) Remote ID: (none)

The strange thing, though, is that there isn't a lease for this ip address. At least not anywhere I can find. I cleared all DHCP leases via the button in the status page, emptied the /var/lib/kea/dhcp4.leases* files, and restarted kea. Still, it won't work. The only thing I could figure out to do was change the ip address, then it obviously works. Strange issue nonetheless, and ultimately I need to go back to the original ip address...

      What else can I check?

@thearamadon KEA is not fully functioning. Go back to ISC until they fix it.
