I'm hoping I can get some direction on this one. I have a Netgate4100 in our network and I have 2 ISPs one being our main and the other there purely in case the main one fails. I had the failover working perfectly but now it doesn't want to work and under the status page it shows that the Failover is offline with 100% Packet Loss. I tried to troubleshoot the issue by checking the ARP Table and trying to ping 8.8.8.8 and when I look at the ARP table I have 3 ip addresses for the one interface and when I try to ping I don't get a response from any website or ip address other than the public ip address. What could I be missing here? I contacted this isp and everything shows green on their end.

Of course it does. But they checked nothing...

Try different public monitoring IPs for the gateway, wich you know that are responding. E.g. 1.1.1.1
If it is still shown as offline, I'd consider an issue at the ISP.
