DHCP server not showing for my VLAN

Can someone help me with that please? I am sure that I configured everything correct. I have watched many tutorials and nothing worked.

Can you show here what you are missing ?
If you don't see your VLAN here :
then the most obvious reason is that the VLAN isn't set up correctly.
It must be set to a static IPv4 :
and - here it comes :
If the /24 is important as it reserves 256 IPv4.
A /32 would reserve just one IPv4, already taken by the interface itself so no more place for a DHCP pool : the DHCP server won't be able to serve leases so it can't do anything = it won't show up for that interface. -
@Gertjan Thanks a lot, I thought the whole time I had 24 but I had 32. Now it appears in the DHCP Server
