KVM Guest - I/O failure

Hello,
I'm having this issue 1x or 2x per month :
login-to-viewSSH : KO
WEBadmin : KO
Console : KO
Version : 2.7.2-RELEASE (amd64)
The only solution is to "reset" the VM ...Others VM on proxmox don't have any problem.

Disk -> VirtIO not SCSI.

I'll try today to migrate this PFsense configuration to a new VM with disk in "VirtIO Block"

That's the pfSense version, @stephenw10 meant the Proxmox version.
