      Hi All,

      I recently increased my IP pool by changing my existing subnet to /23 subnet. However users assigned with the expanded DHCP pool is unable to go online, PING the gateway nor any other devices.

      Existing IP pool : 192.168.0.5
      Subnet : 255.255.254.0

      Upon changing my subnet to 255.255.253.0 devices assigned with the IP 192.168.1.x is unable to online nor PING the gateway

      Your advices and help is much appreciated.

      Thank you in advance

          @blursquido

          ... and : the new LAN network is now /23, but devices with existing leases still use the /24 network.
          Go to one device that still uses an existing lease, and renew it, and re recheck.

          Edit : and where are the logs ??

            Typo?

            Do you have an ISP device (modem/router) using 192.168.1.0/24? If so that range is unlikely to work.

              Sure.
              He meant to say : :254

              If that was the case, it wouldn't work neither when he was on /24 earlier.

                I took it that he was 192.168.0.0/24 and changed to 192.168.0.0/23.
