Netgate 2100 failed update to 24.03

Hi,
I'm trying to upgrade to 24.03 from 23.09 and the update seems to fail for the lack of disk space, although I have removed pretty much all packages and all logs.
Here is the log file where the system hangs:

And here is a snapshot of the disk space at that point in the upgrade.

Almost certainly old ZFS BE snapshots filling the disk. Go to System > Boot Environments and remove any you no longer need.
