Is this possible?

So here's the basics...
I've been nerdy for a while, websites, webservers, some general networking, etc, so I know a little bit of something and still a whole lot of nothing.
Here's what I have...
DL360
Dual 6C12T Xeon 5650 2.6
1TB SAS 10k
160G DDR3 1600Mhz (cap at 1600 because of CPU limitations)
4x 1G NICSo here's what I already do...
Run this machine with windows server 2019
I then use Hyper V to run 4 additional servers- 3 Windows 8C 16G (dynamic)
- 3 Game servers
- 1 L.A.M.P
I want to install PFSENSE on a VM lets say 8C/8G 25G-HDD
I want the PFSENSE VM machine to sit behind the ISP modem (obviously) and in front of the LAN router.
I then want to assign nic one and nic 2 (physical) to the pfsense VM.
Where Nic 1=WAN Nic 2=LAN
Nic 2 leading to my TP LINK AX3000What I need a hand sorting out here is how I would go about revoking any access between the primary windows system and nic1/nic2 but still allowing pfsense VM to take control over said nic1/nic2
My hope is this, the ax3000 is a nice little home unit, but I want to have more control and more resource capabilities to address any potential issues that may arise from running said game servers. It is my understanding that a VM with the above noted specs would easily address most issues with handling i/o of network and serve a a far more secure method than just the ax3000 on the front end.
Please correct me if I am wrong, is this even possible with the hardware at hand, and if you would please keep in mind that i am still learning, that would help as well.
The other two options I have are
duo core 6g ram 120G hdd
OR
an i3 4150 12G Ram (would change out the hdd for a 80G HDD
I can dedicate either of these to a pfsense setup with dual nics, although I would prefer to just use the vm on dl360 and keep these other two for their already assigned uses.ideas or suggestions pros cons, etc, please and thanks..
Thank you :)

What bandwidth does it need to pass? Do you plan to run any packages or VPNs?
Yes, that is possible. I would say there is always some risk that Windows decides to use those NICs before hyper-v sets them us to pass through. But there are many people doing exactly that.
Probably better to ask about it in the Virualisation sub.Steve
