Ethernet USB

Hello, I have a mini PC that I want to turn into a pfsense-enabled desktop. What I need is a network card.
I wonder if it would be possible to use a USB Ethernet adapter. The product description says it is compatible with Linux, but it doesn't say anything about BSD. Does anyone have experience with this setup? -
@ninho-gomes possible sure.. but freebsd/pfsense doesn't seem to have a great reputation for usb nics.. Does the mini have a nic at all? If so you could just do router on a stick.
I have usb nic running on my pc and my nas for a 2.5ge network - and have had zero problems with them. You could try it, but wouldn't get your hopes up too high.. While it might work, prob not going to be a stellar experience.

Eu tenho usb nic rodando no meu PC e no meu nas para uma rede 2.5ge - e não tive nenhum problema com eles. Você poderia tentar, mas não teria muitas esperanças.. Embora possa funcionar, provavelmente não será uma experiência estelar.

@ninho-gomes router on a stick is when you use the same interface for multiple networks, ie your wan and lan via vlans. You would need a vlan capable switch to do it.
Other option is if you can replace the nic card in the mini with say a 2 or 4 port nic.
