guys
i have lately upgraded from 1.2 full to 1.2.2 full. Now i wanted to switch my wifi interface from bridge mode to normal mode and therefor gave the interface an ip address… while its trying to reload i get the following error:
There were error(s) loading the rules: /tmp/rules.debug:162: syntax errorpfctl: Syntax error in config file: pf rules not loaded - The line in question reads [162]: pass in quick on $WIFI from /32 to any keep state label "USER_RULE"…
if i look into /tmp/rules.debug i find the mentioned lined above… any hints on this?
[…]
pass in quick on $WIFI from /32 to any keep state label "USER_RULE"

shouldn't this line read:
pass in quick on $WIFI from 192.168.5.1/24 to any keep state label "USER_RULE"
because further down i see a line like:
pass in quick on $lan from 192.168.1.0/24 to any keep state label "USER_RULE: Default LAN -> any"
???

this seems to be a bug. if under general configuration type is set to "dhcp" this error will occur. if i switch it back to "static" the rules get applied…
