I am not able to see any packages in Package manager, I have read that it is not a but but it is known. How do I fix it?

23.05.1-RELEASE (amd64)

Make sure the update repo branch is set the 23.05.1 still.

At the command line run: pkg-static -d update
See what errors are shown.
