We do use two netgate 7100 in HA Mode and so far, everything is working. Now I just seen via 'traceroute -6' that the clients use the main pfsense's IPv6 interface addresse as the gateway. Now we did configure one IPv6 CARP address on each network and the RA is also set to that interface.
In wireshark I can see that the Prefix is correctly advertised, so far no issues there.
Can anyone bring some light here?
My expectation would be that the clients use each networks IPv6 CARP IP, the DNS Server on that CARP IP is being used already.

We do use DHCPv6 Server + RA in 'managed' mode and "Mirror DHCPv6 DNS Configuration" is checked.

    Cheers
    Tony
