My ISP has a local area network which consists of it's clients. Each client host has a LAN IP address. My pfSense server is used in a commercial environment, so it has only a real IP address, but I need to send and recieved traffic from LAN clients as it is routed by ISP.
The problem is that when I allow RFC1918 clients in Firewall Rules all Traffic stops for some reason after 20-30 minutes. Please help me to resolve this issue!

What do you mean by "allow rfc1918 clients in firewall rules"?  All you should need is to uncheck the box that says to block private IP addresses…
