Ok, so details out of the way first.

      Hardware: Netgate 7100
Version: 24.03-Release (issue started during v23)
      CPU Usage: ~22%
      Memory Usage 4% of 24GB
      ISP: 250/250 Fiber
      Switch: Unifi 48 port POE

So here is the weirdness. Any traffic the goes to trough the firewall throttles down to 100Mbs.

      Tests I have done:
I ran Speedtest from the PFSense command line and I get 250Mbs.
I run IPerf between to PCs on the same VLAN and I get full 1Gbs
I run IPerf on the router to a PC and I get 100Mbs
I run IPerf between 2 PCs on different VLANs and I get 100Mbs.

From the Unifi Switch to the PFSense is a 10Gb DAC, I have tried different cables.
The Unifi link speed is set to 10Gpbs FDX from Auto
I have turned off all Hardware Offloading in System, Advanced, Networking.

....... And as I was looking for the QoS settings, I found it. <facepalm>

OK, so I'll finish posting my L here just so people know how to fix QoS.

Firewall -> Traffic Shaper -> Interface Name (Click the FOLDER! not the items in the folder.)
Changed bandwidth from 100Mbs/s to 10GBit/s, now getting full speed on everything.

Well, if nothing else, it goes to show that when you write your problem down, you can most likely solve the problem.

      Have a good weekend folks,

      Rick
