Issue booting after upgrade to 23.09.1

Would anyone be able to help, upgrade to 23.09.1, on boot i get the following on the console session, Fails to boot and keeps giving the same errors :

Will it boot to a prompt if you choose single user mode?
You may be able to recover from there.
If it's running ZFS you can probably roll back and attempt to upgrade again.
It looks like it upgraded partially from the failures there. What were you upgrading from?
It may well be quicker and easier to just reinstall 24.03 directly:
