How do I add a language to the list?

Hi All,

Anyone knows how to add a new language to the list in the Translation project?

(Hebrew)

I've added this language and a few others (Indonesian, Hebrew) and Luiz should be installing the .po files soon.

I could do the french part, but it's not showing in the list…
