Avaya ip office 5000 no audio issues

sorry I know there's a ton of posts about RTP and audio issues but this one is confusing me. We have an Avaya Ip office 5000 that will go away soon but in the meantime we've swapped the edgerouter out with a SG3100. We've added all the suggested NAT's etc... our turnks register and can make a call but no Audio either way? with the edgerouter we don't have any nat rules for RTP or SIP ports and it works fine? Any thoughts?
also there's some custom ports for a trunk provider
