Hi guys, Need some help, new user here - speak slowly please.. :) I just installed the AT&T 5G service. I want to use the IX0 port so I bought the SFP+ device listed in the manual as working - RJ45 from 10GTek.

Setup the interface to ix0 for this new WAN / Gateway, plugged it in.. no light.

      1. I'm using a Cat 5 Cable - maybe the port only allows a connection using a cat 6a, 7 or 8 cable. I have a Cat 8 cable, that will be my next test.

What else do I need to check to get this connection from the AT & T modem into the Netgate 6100 to use it and make use of this connection as a tier 1 gateway in the gateway group?

      Regards,
      Dale
