      Hi,

I have a SG-2100 with some VLAN's. I changed the LAN interface network port assignment from mvneta1 to a VLAN. This worked, but then I wanted to change it back to default, but this did not work. It did not save. It changed back to the vlan. Tried reboot but no luck. Might be a bug?

      Best Regards
      Frode

@frodet I’ve done it and reversed it on a 2100. Double check you reversed all the steps in the doc.

You could also revert to defaults then copy that part out of the xml into your backup, or restore parts of your config file.

Pre-2.7.2/23.09: Only install packages for your version, or risk breaking it. Select your branch in System/Update/Update Settings.
When upgrading, allow 10-15 minutes to restart, or more depending on packages and device speed.

@SteveITS Might be a error on my installation. I have not reinstalled pfsense since I got the 2100.

@frodet You don’t need to reinstall to revert the configuration, it’s on the Diagnostics menu somewhere.

Re: not save, there’s a path through interface reassignment where if you don’t click Save before you click Apply it doesn’t save…not sure if that applies here.
