Failed opening required '/usr/local/pkg/apache_mod_security.inc'

    After upgrading from 2.5.2 to 2.7.0-RELEASE (amd64), I now receive this error:

      Most likely it aborted the upgrade process part way through for some reason and ended up with a partial upgrade. That results in library mismatches or just missing.

      If it still has access to the repos you may be able to run a forced pkg re-install to complete it.

      However I would probably just install 2.7.2 clean and restore your config into it.
