      Hi everyone.
I am setting up a branch office for my company. We have engaged the services of an ISP who will deliver a fiber connection to the office. I want to purchase hardware to install pfSense. This should be able to support multiple VLANs, CCTV footage upload, Zoom Room traffic and multiple VPN connections. We want a robust firewall system with a lot of addons like iperf, apcupsd, NGblocker etc.

The switch and APs are Unifi enterprise models.

I'm torn between the Netgate 4200 and the Protectli VP6630, in terms of hardware specifications.

Any pointers in the right direction will be appreciated. (and if you have another choice apart from these two, I'll love to hear it).

For official hardware you get pfsense plus and TAC Lite. A side benefit of maintaining the project.

Protectli you get robust hardware (faster proc, more mem) and a fair price but you will have to purchase pfsense plus or run pfsense CE.
If I'm running a business I'm going with pfSense plus regardless of hardware. That said, factor in the cost of protectli including a license for pfsense plus.
