Ability to set MSS Clamping

Hi was wondering if anyone has any update on the ability to set MSS clamping for the tailscale environment as discussed here https://redmine.pfsense.org/issues/15249

cc @cmcdonald and thanks for taking a look at this initially. If a patch or any other workaround is available that would also be helpful.
