HA XMLRPC Error

We have the same error like in the referenced issue. Both hosts are UP and can ping each other. The firewall is completely opened up to know its not a firewall issue.

stream_socket_client(): SSL: Handshake timed out @ 2024-11-05 10:08:5910.50.0.253 is the backup node.
On the backup node we have the same error

Self-Signed Certs on both ends.
Ping works both ends
HTTPS Port Responds at both ends.
NTP is in sync
