Good day!
What kind of order should be more correct or reliable in theory. First to create Limiters for reducing bufferbloat, than OpenVPN client or vice versa?
pfSense plus 24.11 on Topton mini PC
CPU: Intel N100
NIC: Intel i-226v 4 pcs
