Unbound and VPN

Hello, some part of my settings is not clear for me.
I want to use Unbound in default option and contact root servers not in forward mode. My problem is that ISP filter DNS request and block some sites even during using VPN. I did set Unbound "Outgoing Network Interfaces" to pass via VPN only and think that my ISP will not see DNS request than, but nothing to change. Anyway, some sites are blocked. If DNS request going via VPN , how is possible to see and block?How to hiding than my DNS request from ISP but do not use forward mode to have MITM third DNS provider? The second problem with these settings, any dns leak test during use VPN show DNS Servers as my IP from ISP. Is my IP working as root server?Could be please explain more clearly? If start using VPN provider DNS in Unbound forward mode all sites are open but pfblockerNG stop filtering than. Some magic ring for me.
