      Would this work? wan 1 DSL PPPoE and wan 2 hooked to a wireless bridge?

        yes. The WANs only have to be in different subnets and have to use unique gatewayadresses. You can utilize policybased routing this way at least. However if your PPPoE provides dynamic gateways you can't loadbalance as you need a static gatewayadress but you can fake that with a modemrouter in front of you.

        Btw, you want to abuse your neighbours unsecured wireless accesspoint as additional wan?  ;D
