      Hello,

I use pfSense 1.2.2 for about 6 months. Since 2 months we have the problem that the every 2-7 days the pfSense system is frozen
It's no possible anymore to manage the server via local console or via SSH. It's completely frozen.
Only a reboot of the server helps.

I also replaced the complete hardware. But the problem still exists. Therefore I don't thinkt it's a hardware problem.
Is there any way to see what happened? Is there a system logfile?

      Thank you in advance.

Yes, we replaced ALL hardware: the old server system was replaced by a new server system.

I haven't tried 1.2.3 yet. Do you think it's stable for a production environment?
We are using pfSense in "Bridge Mode" as packet filter.

            1.2.3 RC3 is rock solid.

Heat? same bad Ram? Same Nic? Same power supply?…Everything is new? nothing was recycled from the old unit??..It does seem like a hardware issue though.
