New domain squidguard (destinations)

Hi there,
I´m trying to input new domains on group black list warez for example (shalla), but not works, i tried to input a new line w/ a new domain, apply changes, but not works.
For what i want this?
There is many sites that not contain in blacklist as WebIM or new domains.I tried ACL but just works when I put white (allow), but I want block !
If someone can help me, i appreciate.
P.S: I already reinstall squidguard.

Can you post SG config/log's ?

Just a thought, are you rebuilding the db files with a squidGuard -C or a -u if you are using diff files?

I´ve already update db files using squidGuard -u but not works.
In this case I tried input a new line on a BL downloads that already exists.
I reinstall pfsense today cause a fail that ocurred, restore backup file and tested squidguard config, about ACL works.
But I can´t put more than one URL address, the following error is:
DEST 'teste': Item ''google.com.br/linux' 'google.com.br/bsd'' is not a url.
I´ve already used using " and not ', but not works too.
About expression works fine.

I put -> uol.com.br ig.com.br google.com microsoft.com
and works fine =)
