Thinking of investing in a embedded pfsense solution. Found the OPNsense on the www.pfsense.com page.
Have anyone tested that and have any experiensens of that solution? Searched the forum but could not seem to find.

Have been using pfsense on an standard server pc for about one and a half year now, but since the company is expanding we are in the need of four pf sense installations, 2 * 2 for two sites and failover/trafficshaping. OPNsense seems ideal. But, i need two know if it works as well as "standalone" installations.

      So, whats your opinion?  :)

I haven't dealt with their hardware specifically, but some of their underlying gear is known to work well with pfSense. For example, they have at least one ALIX-based model that would work very well. Others are probably good, but you'd have to find someone who has actually used their hardware to say for certain for real-world experience. I'd say it should work well, but it doesn't hurt to ask around.

Someone from that company is a member on this forum, though at the moment I don't recall their username.

Thankyou for your comments! I´ll guess that embedded or not embedded is a question that has been around sometime.
Hopefully that someone will see the thread and leave some comments. =)
