PIMD Invalid Interfaces?

Re: PIMD not showing all interfaces
Hello all,
I had PIMD working for quite a while now. However, just noticed that not all the interfaces were showing on the Status Page.
Looking in the logs, I am now seeing:
Nov 20 09:30:49 pimd 44963 /var/etc/pimd/pimd.conf:8 - Invalid phyint address 'ixl1.6'
Nov 20 09:30:49 pimd 44963 /var/etc/pimd/pimd.conf:7 - Invalid phyint address 'ixl1.24'I only have 3 interfaces enabled and of course 2 of them are saying "Invalid". I've tried restarting pfSense, disabling/re-enabling PIMD, removing/re-adding the interfaces. No luck.
Any thoughts?
Thanks,
Jef

Update:
I changed Default Bind to "Bind to All" and removed all entries under Interfaces. This allows PIMD to run without errors. (So clearly the interface isn't "Invalid" :-)
I then started adding in Interfaces with Interface Binding as "Never Bind". I was able to add some without errors. It appears when I try to add some of the vlan interfaces on my 10GB Interface, PIMD chokes. This particular interface has 10 VLANs on it. I can add some of those interfaces without issue (but, not the 2 that I really need)
In addition, the Status Page only shows 10 entries in the Virtual Interface Table. Is this just a display issue? Or is there some limitation to the number of interfaces PIMD can handle? (Interestingly, the interfaces that are coughing when I add them, are the ones not showing in the Status page)

I've been able to confirm...
If the interface does not show in the PIMD Virtual Interface Table on the Status Tab, it gives the "Invalid phyint address" error in the logs. Sooo....
It appears that there is some limit that is preventing PIMD from seeing all the interfaces. The closest information I found is related to Linux and the limit is defined in the kernel...
I'm guessing even though I've been able to reverse my settings and avoid the errors in the logs, that any interfaces not shown in the Table are just ignored and are not participating in IGMP :-(
