Could you help me with the Internet connection?

I have this network structure. Attached screenshot.
I'm doing it at VMware
From ip 10.44.68.249 to the Internet it doesn't ping me or reach me. And the other way around, either. I show screenshots.
VMnet14 is in HOST-ONLY to connect to my own pc so I can set it up.
VMnet5 is in Custom for communication between Virtual Machines.
I show screenshots of rules and interface and ping configuration.
