      As far as I know, the pfSense UI specifically enforces that static assignments are outside of the pool range. With this in mind, is there any reason the "reservations-out-of-pool" option is not set in the Kea config? The option appears to be an optimization option that declares that all static assigned addresses are outside of the dynamic pool range, preventing needless searching of static reservations when issuing leases from the dynamic pool.
