I did a pre-update reboot via the console and after it came back I chose option 13 at the console.

      Enter an option: 13

All repositories are up to date.

Netgate 2100 Netgate Device ID: xxx
      Serial: xxx

Then it just returned to the console.

When I tried in the GUI, I went to System Update and chose Current Stable Version (24.11) but see this:

Retrieving Another instance of pfSense-upgrade is running. Please try again in a few moments.

I don't see another upgrade running.

[24.03-RELEASE][root@fw.home.arpa]/root: ps ax | grep 'pkg'
      49952 - I 0:00.89 /usr/local/bin/php -f /usr/local/pkg/pfblockerng/pfblockerng.inc dnsbl
      50171 - I 0:00.90 /usr/local/bin/php -f /usr/local/pkg/pfblockerng/pfblockerng.inc index

      81947 u0 S+ 0:00.01 grep pkg

Hmmm, now I'm in the GUI and it says I'm on the latest with 24.03. Was 24.11 just pulled? Like how 24.03 was pulled for 2100s?

I ignored the "Another instance of pfSense-upgrade is running." message and with 24.11 selected, ran option 13 again and this time it upgraded.

Other than the CPU ranging between 70-100% and the GUI being very sluggish, it seems to be working.
