      Hi,

I have a 4100 running firmware 23.09.1. Trying to upgrade firmware today but branch drop down is empty and I have a message indicating my TAC Subscription expired. Never had additional TAC support other than the TAC lite it came with.

Ran pfSense-repoc and got message below:

      pfSense-repoc: no package 'name'
      pfSense-repoc: no pfSense packages installed

Ran pkg-static -d update and got message below:

      DBG(1)[32351]> pkg initialized
pkg-static: Unable to open '/usr/local/etc/pkg/repos//pfSense.conf':No such file or directory
      No active remote repositories configured.

Please let me know what else I can try. Thanks in advance.!

Yup a 4100 should always have access to updates. Send me your NDI in chat and I'll check it.

        Steve
