How to get rid of not fully installed packages (marked red)

After changing from pfBlockerNG-Devel to the "normal" one I have some remainings of the Devel version in my package manager list.
Neither reinstalling the Devel package (fails) nor removing it again (trash icon) works.
How can completely remove it? Any config files to edit or CLI magic?

Install pfBlockerng-devel first.

This will install pfBlockerng-devel, and install the de-install instructions.

Now de-install.
