Upgrade Heck, left with a broken ICU, package itself broken

So I have been having a hell of a time updating my router.
I'm finally on 2.7.2.
BUT the icu package seems to be broken. libicuio.so.73 seems to be missing. But the link is there. And it points of course to libicuio.so.73.2. And that... Is only there in spirit.
I have a fresh copy in my cache. Downloaded today. I decided to extract it myself, to check out what was going on. If perhaps the system failed to extract it all. And nope. Same thing in the package. icu-73.2,1~3ccab750b0.pkg
Wondering if anyone else has noticed this, or I'm just crazy.

You don't see ibicuio.so.73.2 either on your system or in the pkg?
It should be there.
