DHCP6 Client Debug Mode -

Still trying to troubleshoot Comcast IPv6
I notice there's an option to "Start DHCP6 client in debug mode" but the documentation doesn't seem to give any more information, such as where debug information is logged.
Can anyone point me to a description of what "debug mode" means for the DHCP6 client?

"Debug Mode" just means the client logs additional information to its normal logging location which is under STATUS > SYSTEM LOGS and then choose the DHCP tab.

@bmeeks Thanks. I was looking in /var/log and couldn't find anything relating to dhcpc6. Do you know where those log entries are physically stored?

No, not for DHCPv6. But I have a
/var/log/dhcpd.log
file on my firewall. My ISP does not currently offer IPv6, so I have nothing IPv6 related happening on my system. But I would expect the data to be logged in the same location. -
