      Random event happened this evening.

      DNS - Unbound - stopped working.
      I tried to log into the firewall to begin investigation and i noticed it was loading very slow. A crash report was generated. I tried to click on the link provided but it failed to load. I got in through SSH and reviewing the system.log file i noticed a few things.

      nginx: 2025/02/06 19:04:45 [alert] 72781#724223: send() failed (55: No buffer space available) while logging to syslog, server: unix:/var/run

      Never saw that error before. Secondly my log file is being flooded with the following

      Feb  6 19:12:47 atl-fw1-inet nginx: 2025/02/06 19:12:47 [error] 83180#145241: *3 connect() to unix:/var/run/php-fpm.socket failed (61: Connection refused) while connecting to upstream, client: 192.168.50.18, server: , request: "POST /getstats.php HTTP/2.0", upstream: "fastcgi://unix:/var/run/php-fpm.socket:", host: "gafw. :10443", referrer: "https://gafw. :10443/"

      EDIT:1
      Issue cleared up on its own. I have no idea what happened. Some clients were able to resolve just fine while others could not resolve any local fqdn or an Internet address. Unbound was returning SERVAIL. On top of that, the fact that a crash report occurred. Couldnt pull up that log but if someone knows where it is please share. The firewall NEVER rebooted.
