So I have FIOS residential at home and IPv6 works great. I request a prefix, I get one, everything is lovely. I also help run a local nonprofit makerspace and we have FIOS Business with a static IPv4 address. Verizon's instructions say to request a v6 address from their v4 DHCP server, but nothing seems to happen when I try this. Anyone have any suggestions on the switches to flip to get v6 address on FIOS Business?

Given you're a business customer, did you raise this with VZ? Maybe they haven't enabled your line for v6? As you say, it works great on residential.

Honestly, I got busy and haven't had a chance to raise this with support.

@GeorgePatches When I signed up for FiOS Business about two years ago, I was told that they didn't have IPv6 support for business lines yet. I don't know if that person really knew what they were talking about, and even if they did the info might be out of date now. I did verify at the time that the CR1000A router they gave me was not advertising any IPv6 support, unlike the identical router on my previous residential FiOS service, so at the very least there was something not-enabled about it on the business line.

I haven't had the time/interest to pursue the issue since then, but I would like to hear what you find out if you ask support about this question now.

Use hurricane electric tunnel broker service.
