how to config Change TTL to Block Internet Sharing by NetShare or Bluetooth

There were some discussions on this forum and else where about how to set incoming ethernet packets with a TTL to 1 so a next, LAN based router that shares the connection will discard the traffic as it will reach zero at that point.
Not sure if it possible with pfSense.

Found this Change default TTL value

That was true in 2018, nothing, afaik, changed since.
