VLAN not getting served DHCP ips

I had a working VLAN (1, 20, 30) setup with pfsense, UAP AC-LR. After the updating to pfsense 2.7.2, only VLAN 1 is working. The rest (20, 30) stopped receiving any DHCP IPs leases.

Update process:
Backed up pfsense 2.7.0 config, installed 2.7.2, and restored backup. Everything seemed to work at first. Switched from Depreciated ISC to Kea DHCP.

I've tried so many configuration changes but can't figure out why VLAN 1 is receiving DHCP leases but VLAN 20 and 30 aren't. How would I trouble shoot?

@TriStarGod pfsense is on hyper-v, pretty sure hn interface is hyper-v

You need to make sure your sending the tags in hyper-v.. Been awhile but I know I have an old thread going over this. Let me see if I can dig it up.
