DHCP Reservation and Lease Assigned to Single MAC
-
I have the following reservation in Kea for mac 9c:1d:58:ff:ef:e1.
Under DHCP Leases, I am seeing two active IP's for this device. I am seeing this on a few other devices as well and I am not sure why this is happening or how to fix it. Thanks.

@jpvonhemel went back to the depricated server from kea and the duplicate ip addresses issue stopped.

@jpvonhemel Take a look at https://forum.netgate.com/topic/197102/after-24-11-update-kea-dhcp-static-mapping-ignored

@SteveITS Is this a redmine issue or do you recommend a fix? Sorry, I'm not seeing a way to resolve the issue in the referenced url.

@jpvonhemel Yeah, I was answering quickly...I don't know since I tried Kea for a bit a while back and figured I'd come back to it when it was ready. It's still "feature preview" AFAIK since it doesn't say otherwise in the release notes. My point was just that several others have complained about the same issue. I think on Reddit also. I don't recall having the issue back then but it was like 1.5 years ago.
Per the other, other thread it works after restarting pfSense, did you try that?

@SteveITS I did restart but I have been adding a lot reservations so I I noticed it intermittently and just decided to give up and move away from Kea
