    Hello,

I updated the PFSense version to the latest, but the device did not return online. The front LEDs were on, but I could not access the device via the web UI. I tried to reset it according to the documentation below, but now, when I try to turn it on, not even the front-end LEDs are on. The power button light is on, and I see that the LEDs on the device's motherboard are green, but the device does not seem to turn on. Would you happen to have any idea how to proceed?

    Thanks a lot,
    Gabor

Do you see anything at the serial console?

Do you see power LED light green? Or the power button change from red to green?

The power button remains red. I will connect to the console and let you know soon.

        Thanks a lot,
