Siproxd : Operation not permitted

Siproxd was working yesterday, but now I get this…

Dec 9 08:58:28 siproxd[7470]: sock.c:175 ERROR:sendto() [82.192.73.88:5060 size=615] call failed: Operation not permitted

I just removed the siproxd package (on 12RC3) and reinstalled it, doesn't make a difference)

Do I read that siproxd does not have the rights toe route 5060 traffic?
