Is there a way to assign higher priority to traffic going to a specific URL?

I have a client that uses Netgate 6100 firewall.

In the beginning of the year they switched to Quickbooks Online. Occasionally QBO will slow down for everybody at once.

QBO basically lives on qbo.intuit.com, so what I want to try is to give higher priority to traffic that originates from LAN and goes to qbo.intuit.com. Having hard time figuring out how to accomplish that or if that's even possible, would appreciate any guidance.

Update: It turned out to be some issue with the ISP. Took multiple calls, people and hours of troubleshooting, works much better now. Still curious if prioritizing traffic to a specific URL is possible
