      Hi,

      I'm facing a strange issue.

I have a setup with two pfSense 23.09 instances in HA CARP mode, running on a Proxmox 8.4 cluster (5 servers with identical hardware, cpu VM set to host).

When the primary is "up," and secondary is "up" I only get 10–15 Mb/s through the tunnels.
However, when I put the primary into standby for maintenance, I get 60–70 Mb/s.

I'm performing bandwidth tests using SSH and Windows file copy, and I get the same results.
I tested from two different remote sites (different providers), with consistent results.

Disabling the secondary makes no difference.

Internet connectivity works correctly in both cases, with up to 2 Gbit/s for both download and upload.

      Do you have an idea?

      Thanks

      Yathus
