Hello, my license for pfSense Plus expired at end of April. Is it possible to update to 25.03 stable release? Second question, how to renew my license for next one year?

Do you see the 25.03-beta available? If so you will see the release and be able to update to it.

@stephenw10 But, how to extend license for next one year? Because in System/Register I can not to activate token already , have only this: "Thank you for choosing Netgate pfSense® Plus
Your device does not require registration, we recognize it already. You may have already registered, or it may be a pre-registered Netgate appliance."

If it's already registered and you have NDI you can just purchase a subscription against that NDI:

But if you applied one of the home or lab free subscriptions against it then you probably don't need to do that yet.
