Routing problem?
-
Hello everyone, I have a small problem on a configuration I have pfsense with the interfaces configured in this way: WAN 192.168. 99. 1/24 LAN 192.168. 1.1/24 CASSE 192.168. 3.1/24 Now, the LAN cable is connected to a switch on a floor where there are some PCs. The CASSE cable is connected to another floor in a switch with some Windows PCs and with some Custom Ethernet printers. Now the problem is that on the PCs that have Windows on the cashier network, these custom ones are also installed, and these thermal printers have IP 192.168. 1.x. So I find myself with these custom ones, which I cannot change the network parameters, with the same IP class as the LAN network. When I set the CASSE PCs in DHCP, obviously they are assigned an IP of the CASSE class and I can ping the server with IP 192.168.1.100 that is in the LAN network thanks to pfsense that does Routing, but I can't ping and therefore communicate with the printers with class 192.168.1.x that are in the CASSE network. Can I do something with pfsense, without doing vlan? I hope I explained myself well and thanks to everyone in advance
