AutoBackup Device Key

I have a Protectli device that I am afraid has failed -- still troubleshooting.
I am in the process of being prepared to restore my device (IF it works after re-installing pfsense)
OR if it doesn't work I have ordered a new device overnight.I have 3 devices and for some reason I don't see the "device key" for the failed device Autobackup. Is there a way to retrieve that (even if with PAID support)? It will take days / weeks to restore the device by hand if I can't find access ot the backup.

Do you have the NDI from the device? If you send that to me in chat I can check for an ACB key.
