Changing My Netgate Contact Information

I am moving my email address to a new email domain and need to change my contact information that Netgate has on file for me. I cannot find where to do this. There website does'nt seem to have a place where current customer can do that.
Anyone else run into this?

I have the same problem as you but have not found a solution yet. Please!
