25.7.1 package issue

the packages list now shows every package needs to be reinstalled..however when i do that it says successful but then goes right back to saying it needs a reinstall. ideas?

The list in the package manager?
Have you upgraded to 25.07.1?

Browser cache need clearing?

25.07.1-RELEASE on both and yesw i access both in private mode which auto clears when i close the tab.

You're seeing this on two devices? They were both upgraded to 25.07.1 rather than clean installs?
Try running at the CLI:
pkg upgradeDon't actually upgrade any but what packages are offered as available upgrades?

Minor nitpick…Private/incognito tabs all share the same session so cookies/cache would clear when closing the window/all private tabs.
